About the role (Head of Marketing)
- Drive strategy of online and offline user acquisition
- Develop and strengthen the brand strategy and brand positioning
- Oversee the strategy for social media channels: Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
- Oversee and lead the marketing team (social media, performance marketing, content marketing, offline marketing)
- Perform competitive research to better understand our market position
- Increase customer acquisition volume while staying within budget
- Leverage analytics tools to track, monitor, and determine campaign optimization tactics and insights
- Drive creativity and innovation across performance marketing channels
- Be comfortable with a hands-on environment that involves supporting end to end campaign execution
- 5+ years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or similar, and a demonstrated ability in quantitative fields
- Strong business acumen; structured thinker with project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing marketing strategy and campaign development
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to bring to life the Jago brand in a way
- A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how our customers interact with the brand
- The ability to take the initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
