About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Budget Analyst & Procurement to support our expansion projects. This role will be responsible for developing and controlling construction budgets while managing the procurement of materials and services to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets from initiation through completion.
• Conduct continuous cost analysis, track spending against budget, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, vetting, and selecting qualified vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the internal team to align budget, scope, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with project and site teams to ensure all procurement activities align with technical requirements and project timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in budgeting, cost control, and procurement within construction or outlet development projects.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Great negotiation and communication skills to deal with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize under tight deadlines.
