Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Depot Acquisitions to join our dynamic team at Jago Coffee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, researching, and locating potential new depot or warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential depot locations, including analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to assess the viability of each location.
• Evaluate prospective depot properties, considering factors such as size, location, accessibility, and overall suitability for the company’s needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners or landlords to facilitate successful acquisitions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of depot acquisition projects and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Business, or relevant fields
• Previous experience in warehouse or outlet acquisitions or related roles
• A swift strategic thinker who can identify and analyze data utilizing technologies and tools
• Able to communicate well with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
