Job Summary

We are looking for a QA to look over our digital products, including our mobile apps and internal web dashboard. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality across our systems so our users have the best possible experience. The goal of this role is to ship high quality products into market.

About the role

• Write complete test documentation (test cases, scenarios) from product and design requirements
• Creating positive and negative test cases and then performing full-stack testing for mobile apps and web apps
• Report the test results before every release and organizing bugs in our task management tool
• Proactively identifying points of failure, analyzing them, reporting them, and suggesting a solution to the engineering team
• Work together with the product management team to gain an understanding of the user flows
• Ensure no major bugs in production environment, while also ensuring other environments would be representative for testing purposes
  

Key Skills / Experience

• Min. bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Min. 1 year of experience working as a QA
• Organized with high attention to detail and strong desire to deliver the highest quality product possible
• Experienced in designing test plans, test scenario, and bug reporting
• Experience testing across both mobile or web.
